Collaborators in France are beginning to have a bad time. In the middle of Evian, a M. David was shot.dead. A few days previously he had received •‘a small parcel containing a tiny model of a coffin. At Argentan, a Dr. Edgar Zaepffel was also. shot* dead. He was the son of a Councillor at the Court of Appeal of Caen. “La' Garonne,” which reports the shooting, describes i* as due to poltical reasons.* At Toulouse, men whom the radio commentator described as terrorists, entered the house of a soldier named Villemain and shot him.
