METHODIST CHURCH

SUNDAY SCHOOL ANNIVERSARY. CELEBRATED AT KURIPUNI YESTERDAY. ’ Sunday school anniversary services were held at the Kuripuni Methodist Church yesterday when there were large congregations. The morning service was ' conducted by Mr C. R. Goudge, the afternoon service by Mr J. D. Blundell, and the evening service by the Rev. G. H. Goodman. The children’s choir sang with splendid effect and reflected creditably on their teacher, Mr T. R. Mannell. The hymns were sung from the new church books. Tonight the annual Sunday School concert and prize-giving ceremony will take place.
