SOUTHLAND HIGHWEIGHT TO INVINCIBLE (By Telegraph—Press Association.) INVERCARGILL, This Day. The Southland Racing Club’s springmeeting is being held today in line but overcast weather. There is a large crowd present and the track is in good order. Results:— Highweight Handicap, 1 mile: 4/3, Invincible, 9.13 (Heasley), 1; 3/4, Royal Rae, 9.9 (Thomson), 2; 2/2, Red Prize, 9.0 (Wilson), 3. Scratched: Standby, Black Bard. Won by a head; a neck.
