LATEST OFFICIAL FORECAST FAIR TO FINE AND MILD. DRIZZLE DEVELOPING IN RANGES. The following official weather report and forecast was issued by the Meteorological Office, Wellington, at noon today:— DISTRICT FORECAST: Moderate but freshening northerly winds. Weather fair'to fine and mild. FURTHER OUTLOOK: Scattered drizzle developing in the ranges; fair elsewhere. The Waingawa Sub-station, P.W.D., reports as follows for the 24 hours ended 9 a.m. today:—Shade temperature, maximum, 62; minimum, 35; terrestrial, 27; sunshine, 8 hours 5 minutes; frost, 3.4 degrees. PHASES OF THE MOON. November. Last quarter, November 20. New moon, November 28.
