With reference to the salvaging of waste paper, the Price Tribunal is requesting business houses to guard against handing over to collectors anything that is required by regulations to be preserved. The tribunal directs particular attention to a regulation which requires that books, accounts, costing records, invoices and various other kinds of documents relating to the production, manufacture, sale or supply of any goods shall be preserved and kept available for inspection.
