DIVORCE PROCEEDINGS
SUPREME COURT SESSION. WAIRARAPA CASES. Before Mr Justice Johnston in the Supreme Court, Wellington, yesterday, on a petition by William George Parker (Mr R. R. Burridge) against Ivie Helen Parker, of Masterton, an order was made for restitution of conjugal rights within 14 days. < A decree nisi, to be .moved absolute after three months, and with interim custody of the four children, was made on the petition of Lilian Anne Dryden (Mr Burridge), of Carrington, against Herbert James Ferrier Dryden. On; a petition by George Bilby (Mr Burridge), of Petone, against Joy Lillian Bilby, of Carterton (respondent) and Clarence Loader, of Wellington (co-respondent), on the ground of adultery, a decree nisi was granted, to be made absolute after three months, with costs against co-respondent. A decree nisi, to be made absolute after three months, was granted on the petition of Malcolm Albert Cleland (Mr Burridge), of Martinborough, against Lucy Cleland, on the ground of desertion.
