“PILOT NO. 5.” The life of an American fighter pilot unfolded against the timely background of the war-torn Java jungles is the story of “Pilot No. 5,” which will be shown tonight. Franchot Tone as George Collins, has his finest role since “The Mutiny on the Bounty. Gene Kelly is cast as Tone’s closest friend and rival for the hand of Marsha Hunt. This is a different kind of air drama told in an exciting new thrill technique, and is an M.G.M. production directed by George Sidney. There will also be shown a “March of Time. There will bo no Sunday night pictures until further notice.
