CHURCH SERVICES
A series of addresses of interest to all will be conducted in the Ruhamah Gospel Hall, Queen Street, by Mr Geo. Menzies, a well known authority on the Bible, commencing on Sunday at 3.15 p.m. ’ The addresses will be continued on Tuesday and Thursday at 7.30 p.m. and subjects will be advertised inter. * Services ‘will be conducted at 'the Knox Church tomorrow by the R?v. J. M. Simpson. The ordination of Mr D. W. Storkey will take place on Wedlectures will be held at 37 Queen Street tomorrow night Captain E. Stone (Island Bay) will 1 conduct services at the Salvation Army. Barracks tomorrow. The Holy Communion will be celebrated at St. Matthew’s ChurcbJtomorrow at 8 a.m. and at Kuriprffn at 9 a.m. The Rev. J. E. Jones, of India, will preach at St. Matthew’s at 11 a.m. and Kuripuni at 7 p.m. At St. Matthew’s at 7 p.m. the preacher will be Captain H. Sutcliffe, C.A. The Baptist Church will hold its Sunday school anniversary services tomorrow when the children will render special hymns at the services at 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. Pastor Edwards will speak at both services and give special talks to the children. On Wednesday evening the scholars’ concert will be held at 7.30 p.m. The services at the Masterton Methodist Church tomorrow will be conducted by the Rev. G. H. Goodman. Mr J. A. Hessell will preach at Kuripuni tomorrow night, and Mr H. Bateup at Rangitumau at 2 p.m. ' A Church of Christ service will be held tomorrow morning at 11 o’clock, with Sunday School at 10 o’clock.
