BRIEF OFFICIAL REPORT.
(British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 10.25 a.m.) RUGBY, November 8
A communique issued in Cairo in respect of the talks between the British Foreign.' Secretary (Mr Eden) and the Turkish Foreign Minister (Mr Menemengoglu), says an exchange of views on the general situation took place in the light of the results of the Miscow Conference. The conversations between the two Ministers were conducted in the spirit of friendship and alliance which binds the two countries.
