MADE BY WESTLAND TIMBER WORKERS. UNLESS BUTTER RATION IS INCREASED. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) GREYMOUTH, This Day. Unless the butter ration is fixed at an extra pound weekly for all workers in the sawmilling industry, the timber workers throughout Westland will cease operations as from Monday, November 20. This resolution was adopted unanimously at the annual meeting of the Westland Timber Workers’ Union.
