Re amusements in Russia, according to the “Moscow News,” the men and 'women work in the factories until late at night and then go home to bed, to •save fuel and light for the following day, it would be hard to visualise the, Russians, with their realistic outlook, wasting coal in time of total war, I am not finding fault, but this js an obvious truth: “Waste not want not.” —I am,, etc., E.
