GOLD MINING
COMPANY RETURNS. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, November 1. Mining returns: —Associated Gold Dredges. N Z Ltd for the week ended October 30 recovered 237 ounces from 77,940 yards in 331 dredging hours. The Slab Hut return for the week ended October 30 was 76 ounces from 16,000 yards in 104 hours. The Snowy River return last week was 238 ounces for 237 hours from 53,700 yards. North Kalgurli (1912) Ltd. reports that for the period ended September 21, 5780 tons were treated' for a recovery of 1781 ounces.
