SHIFTED TO INLAND TOWN. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day,. 10.50 a.m.) NEW YORK,'November 1. The Tokio radio announced’that the Thailand capital is being moved from Bangkok 190 miles northwards to Petchabun (Bejraourana), a naturally fortified city flanked on the east and west by high mountains and nestling in the Paskariver basin tributary of the Mekong River. It is expected the move will be completed by next June.
