TEMPORARY HOMES
FOR BOMBED-OUT GERMANS. MILLION TWO-ROOMED SHACKS. (By Telegraph—(Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 9.40 a.m.) LONDON, October 31. Hitler has ordered the building of one million temporary homes for- Germans who have been bombed out in Allied raids. Announcing this, the Berlin radio disclosed that two million of 92 million rooms in Germany had been destroyed in raids. The temporary homes will be two-roomed shacks.
