RESULTS OF THE RECENT CONFERENCE. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, October 27. Referring to the unanimous agreement reached on every issue presented to the recent Commonwealth conference on post-war civil air transport, the Air Secretary, Sir Archibald Sinclair, said in the House of Commons that the issue included the setting up of an international air transport authority which would be intimately associated with and responsible to any United Nations security organisation that might be established He added: "However, the conclusions were provisional and subject to the approval of the Governments concerned.”
