VISIT TO DOMINION
BRITISH PRESS DELEGATION. STAY OF TEN DAYS LIKELY. (By Telegraph—Pi-ess Association— Copyright 1 MELBOURNE. October 26. The visiting British Press delegation, Sir Walter Layton (“News Chronicle” and “Star”), Sir Neville Pearson, of C. Arthur Pearson, Ltd., Mr. Samuel Storey, M.P. (provincial newspapers), and Mr. Alan Wood, special correspondent: of the “Daily Express,” were entertained at dinner tonight by the New Zealand High Commissioner, Mr. Berendsen. who discussed with them plans for their visit to New Zealand. Sir Walter Layton, leader of the delegation, expressed a keen desire to seen as much as possible of New Zealand during their stay, which will probably be limited to 10 days. Mr Berendsen undertook to facilitate the arrangements, and said he is asking the New Zealand Government to prepare a suitable itinerary.
