CHANNEL GUNS
FIRE OPENED ON ENEMY CONVOY. REPLY FROM GERMAN BATTERIES (Bv Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright) LONDON, October 26. Long-range guns on the English coast opened up last night They are believed to have been firing at an enemy convoy moving down the Fiench coast German batteries between Boulogne and Calais Replied and shells fell in the Dover area.
