HITLER’S DEEP LINES
CONCLUSIONS OF GOEBBELS Dr Goebbels, in a recent broadcast, drew this contrast between his own and our Leader: “If one could have drawn the face of our nation, it would probably, during the course of this war, show the same deep lines which today, we see, with pride, on the face of the Fuehrer. The expression of severity and determination, which reflects the deep suffering for his people and, in a wider sense, for humanity, cannot be mistaken. He suffers because they have to bear so much adversity, against his will and intentions. It would sound almost like cynicism to compare his features with these of the stupidly and arrogantly grinning features of the present leader of British policy, which he likes to display in public. In view of this striking difference one need not ask which of the two enjoys the war and most likely wanted and provoked it. The face alone reveals the guilty one.”
