The following New Zealand air personnel serving overseas have been reported casualties:— BRITTAIN, Clarence V., Sgt., seriously ill, 17/10/43; Auckland. Reclassifications. CRAWFORD, Henry V. G., Sgt., previously reported missing, death now officially presumed as at 7/9/42; Auckland. MOORE, Acel T. W„ Sgt., previously reported missing, now reclassified to missing, believed killed; Te Kuiti. PACKARD, Neil G., Sgt., previously reported missing, now confirmed a prisoner of war; Takaka. SAMSON, George K., F/Sgt„ previously reported missing, now to missing, believed killed; Wellington. SARGENT, Sydney E., L/Ac., previously reclassified missing, now confirmed a prisoner of war; Tiniroto. SMITH, Arthur H.. F/Sgt., previously reclassified missing, believed killed, death now officially presumed as at 30/5/43; Christchurch. SMITH, Ronald A., Sgt., previously reclassified missing, believed killed, death now officially presumed as at 15/4/43; Ashburton. STONE, Ronald C., Sgt., previously reclassified missing, believed killed, death now officially presumed as at 17/4/43; Auckland. SUTHERLAND, Owen K„ Flying Officer, previously reported missing, now reclassified to missing, believed killed in action; Tauranga. WADE, Horton N., Sgt., previously reclassified missing, believed killed, death now officially presumed as at 30/5/43; Petone. New Zealand Casualties. RICHTER, John L. R., Lieut., seriously injured in aircraft accident; Auckland. SMITH, Norman 8., L/Ac., died from natural causes; Christchurch.
