WAIRARAPA SOUTH COUNCIL. BUSINESS AT TODAY'S MEETING. (“Times-Age” Special.) The monthly meeting of tne Wairarapa South County Council at Carterton today was presided over by Councillor A. E. Reid. The treasurer reported a cr. balance of £10.622 8s sd. Mr Ellett, Health Officer and building inspector, reported that two cases of diphtheria and one of cerebral meningitis had occurred. The matter of dogs being tethered near the sources of borough water supply at Carterton and Masterton had been remedied.
