AGREEMENT BETWEEN UNITED NATIONS FINAL ARRANGEMENTS MADE. COMMISSION TO BE SET UP AT ONCE. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day. 10.15 a.m.) RUGBY, October 20. Arising out of discussions which have been in progress for some lime between Allied governments concerned, a meeting was held at the h’oreign Office today, under Hie chairmanship of the Lord Chancellor, al which representatives of interested governments, including New Zealand, agreed upon final arrangements for the establishment fortliwith in London of a United Nations Commission for the investigation of war crimes.
