Messrs Anthony Eden and Cordell Hull, the Chief of Staff to the Defence Minister (General Sir Hastings Ismay) and the Assistant Under-Secretary of the Foreign Office (Mi- William Strang) have arrived in Moscow. The Moscow radio announced that Messrs Molotov and Litvinov met the viistors at an airfield. The new United States Ambassador in Moscow (Mr Averell Harriman) has also arrived.
