A preliminary meeting was held last week in order to arrange for a publicity committee to be set up in connection with a recruiting drive to be held in Masterton during the visit of the Mobile Instructional Unit on Monday and Tuesday. October 25 and 26. The Mobile Instructional Unit of the Air Training Corps will enable cadets and members of the public to obtain an inside view of the technical and flying side of the R.N.Z.A.E- and also the background of the A.T.C. training programme.
