IDEAS OF THE “PRAVDA” NO QUESTION OF DISCUSSING SOVIET FRONTIERS. UNIFIED WAR EFFORT PLACED FIRST. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 10.30 a.m.) LONDON, October 13. Making the first official Russian comment oh the forthcoming Three Power Conference, the “Pravda” says: “Some chatterboxes are trying to stir up trouble by making absurd assuriiptions. They even say the pfobTeni of the Russian frontiers and the status of the Balkan States will be discussed. It is known to everyone that the' frontiers of Russia cannot be subjects of discussion any more than the frontiers of America and the status of California. The problem of primary importance is the swift unification of common efforts to lessen the duration of the war.”
