The Canadian Minister of Trade and Commerce, the Hon J. A. MacKinnon, on September 28 announced the suspension of wheat trading by the Winnipeg Grain Exchange. This was necessitated because of unusual circumstances surrounding the marketing of Canadian wheat in present conditions.
