McCaskill, of Thames. MACKENZIE, Lance-Corporal Alastair; mother, Mrs I. Mackenzie, of Beaumont. Killed in Action, Previously Reported Missing. MACKERETH, Private Frank James Gibson, of Okaihau. Wounded O’SULLIVAN, Private Patrick Michael; mother, Mrs E. E. O'Sullivan, of Morrinsville. PARKINSON, Bombardier, Allan; sister, Mrs E. M. Snell, of Waihi.
