FOUR AIRMEN KILLED
TWO OTHERS INJURED PLANES CRASH DURING NIGHT TRAINING. FROM SOUTH ISLAND STATION. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. Two aircraft of the Royal New Zealand Air Force crashed during night flying training from a South Island air station last night. In one machine one life was lost and two airmen received injuries, but in the second machine the crew of three were all killed. The personnel involved were:— Killed. Pilot Officer William Raymond Brant. (Wife, Mrs G. J. Brant, Christchurch) . Pilot Officer Neville George Bailey. (Father, Mr G. H. Bailey, Christchurch) . Pilot Officer Eric Thomson Munro. '(Wife, Mrs M. G. Munro. Auckland). Leading Aircraftman Graham. Watson Browne. (Mother, Mrs W. V. Browne, Pukekohe). Seriously Injured. Leading Aircraftman Alan Henry Broad. (Wife, Mrs A. H. Broad, Kakanui). Slightly injured. Pilot Officer Francis Davitt Mandivall Moran. (Mother, Mrs W. W. Moran, Palmerston .North).
