EIRE NEUTRALITY
MR DE VALERA ON POSSIBLE CONSEQUENCES. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) DUBLIN, September 29. The Prime Minister of Eire, Mr de Valera, speaking at a Fianna Fail convention, said: “We have asserted our right to remain out of this war.
