AIR VICE-MARSHAL GODDARD
TAKING UP NEW POST IN INDIA. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) LONDON, September 29. Air Vice-Marshal R. V. Goddard, of the Royal Air Force, who two years ago was given special duties with the R.N.Z.A.F., and became Chief of the Air Staff, has been appointed air officer in charge of administration at the air headquarters in India.
