GREENLEES WINS MEN'S SECTION Good entries were received for the annual table tennis championships held by the Winter Sports Club last night when a high standard of play was evident. In the ladies’ open championship event Mrs J. Myers played a steady game to beat Mrs C. Roys in the final and in the A grade championship P. Greenlees beat W. Patete in a three set match. The men s B grade section was won by H. Madsen, who beat B. Matthews in the final. Results: — Ladies’ open singles, first round: Miss U. Lochore beat Miss N. Lochore, 2/0; Mrs Myers beat J.
