ROTARY CLUB
BUSINESS AT WEEKLY LUNCHEON. The weekly meeting of the Masterton Rotary Club was held at the Y.M.C.A. today, when the president, Mr E. G. Coddington, presided over a good attendance of members. The Rev. H. Taepa and Trooper B. Dobson were guests of the club. The speaker for the day was Mr J. Macfarlane Laing, who took for his subject, “The Growth of Parliament in New Zealand,” a report of which appears on page 3. On the motion of Mr S. L. P. Free, the speaker was accorded a hearty vote of thanks for his interesting and informative address.
