CENTRAL SCHOOL

PARENTS’ ASSOCIATION.

At a meeting of the committee of the Central School Parents’ Association the treasurer’s report showed that the funds of the association were in. a very healthy condition. It was decided to defray the expenses of members representing the school in the Wairarapa Rugby team. A report by the secretary on the condition of the playing grounds and an estimate of the cost of reconditioning the same was received. It was decided that the matter be left in obeyance until next year. A request was received from the Dental Clinic Committee for a donation. The committee decided that it would willingly pay its share of any costs or expenditure connected with the clinic on a pro rata basis as related to all other committees concerned. The committee expressed its sympathy with Mrs C. J. Braggins in her illness.'
