FOR POST=WAR COOPERATION VOTE IN AMERICAN HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES. ESTABLISHMENT OF JUST AND LASTING PEACE. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, September 21. The United States House of Representatives tonight adopted a measure pledging America to a part in world affairs after the war, or. as the resolution states, “a part in appropriate international machinery to establish a just and lasting peace.” The voting was 360 to 29.
