SCOUTS AND CUBS

RALLY IN MASTERTON.. VISIT OF WELLINGTON MASTERS. At the weekend the Masterton Cubmasters will entertain 14 Cubmasters from Wellington. Tomorrow afternoon the Eketahuna Scout troop Will play a football match against the combined St. Matthew’s-Mo Katoa troops at Masterton. In the evening at 7.30 o’clock a “camp fire” will be held in the Scout Den in Church Street. Scouts and Cubs of the St. Matthew’s and Mo Katoa orders will attend as well as local and visiting Cubmasters. Parents and members are invited to be present. On Sunday after a church parade the Cubmasters will visit Carter’s Bush and Mr Booth’s Middle Run property. Later the visitors will leave by railcar for Wellington.
