FORMED IN BULGARIA (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) LONDON, September 13. A Bulgarian Cabinet crisis has been overcome, says the Hungarian Telegraph Agency. The former Finance Minister, M. Boshilov, has been appointed Prime Minister and M. Pomenov will be Foreign Minister. General Stoitshey will most likely become Minister of War.
