ADMIRALTY CONGRATULATES SIR A. CUNNINGHAM AND ALL WHO' HAVE SERVED IN MEDITERRANEAN. APPRECIATION OF UNTIRING SKILL & GALLANTRY (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 9.55 a.m.) RUGBY, September 12. The Admiralty has sent a message to Admiral Sir A. Cunningham: “On the occasion of the surrender of the Italian battle fleet, their Lordships send to you and all under your command, and all who have served in the Mediterranean, warmest congratulations and appreciation of the untiring skill and gallantry which have played so large a part in this historic achievement.”
