PHILADELPHIA CASUALTY LIST KNOWN DEAD NUMBER 62. ADDITIONS TO LIST LIKELY. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 1 p.m.) PHILADELPHIA, September 1. The last crumpled coach of the Congressional Limited express was cracked open today, yielding four more bodies and bringing the number of known dead to 62. Dr. Goddard, the Philadelphia coroner, has estimated the ultimate death roll at 75 to 100. At least 123 of the 541 passengers were injured, many being reported as near death. ■The railroad company said it is possible that more bodies will be found in the tangled metal of one coach. SECOND DISASTER LOCOMOTIVE BOILER BURSTS. THREE PERSONS KILLED AND OTHERS INJURED. (Received This Day, 1.0 p.m.) NEW YORK, September 7. The New York Central’s Twentieth Century Limited, travelling between Chicago and New York, was wrecked this morning when a locomotive boiler ..exploded. ..killing three of the crew in the engine cab. At least seven others were injured. The locomotive, a mail-car, and nine of the fifteen passenger cars were derailed. Four cars plunged down an embankment, and others were strewn on the tracks.
