(By Telegraph—Frees Association— Copyright) (Received This Day, 1.10 p.m.) BRISBANE, This Day. When a tram burst into flames, after colliding with a military truck in Brisbane last night, two women were burned to death and 23 other persons were injured. It is believed that the truck's petrol tank exploded after the collision and showered the tram with petrol, which was ignited by an electric spark. Most of those who escaped had their hair and clothing badly burnt. All except three of the injured were admitted to hospital. The driver and spare driver of the truck were both seriously injured.
