CHURCHILL & ROOSEVELT IN WASHINGTON. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 11.20 a.m.) RUGBY, September 2. President Roosevelt and Mr Churchill are spending a considerable time in conference in Washington today. Another scheduled appointment is with General Dutra, the Brazilian War Minister. Mr Churchill has arranged separate appointments with General George Marshall (American Chief of Staff) and various members of the British military staffs and chiefs of missions. Messrs Churchill and Roosevelt talked last night until 1 a.m.
