ARGENTINA’S PROBABLE POLICY. INDICATED BY NEWSPAPER. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 11.25 a.m.) BUENO AIRES, September 2. Commenting on President Roosevelt’s request that neutral countries should refuse a refuge to war criminals, the influential newspaper “La Prensa” indicated that Argentina would adhere to “the, traditional attitude” of giving an asylum to political leaders.
