The Bulgarian frontier has been closed, says the Algiers radio. The Bulgarian Government has been continuously in session during the past few days. Strong fortifications are being built along the whole Bulgarian coast, and in some areas anti-aircraft defences, extending seven miles inland, have been established. In the Varna area several new airfields have been constructed.
