—————— WAIRARAPA APPEAL BOARD MASTERTON SITTING. DISTRICT CASES DEALT WITH. The Wairarapa Armed Forces Appeal Board completed a sitting in Masterton yesterday afternoon, when the following cases were dealt with: — Adjourned sine die: Ormond H. Rayner, farmer (Director of National Service and H. G. Rayner); Gordon A. Fisher, shepherd (H. G. Williams); James G. Brand, field inspector (Director of National Service); Alex. G. Winchcombe, stock buyer (Dalgety and Co., Ltd.); Albert E. Torbett, foreman (Director of National Service and Public Works Department). Appeal dismissed: William James Percy, mechanic (Lyttle and Co., Ltd.), not to be called before March 31, 1944; Frederick B. Maunsell, farmer (Director of National Service and reservist), not to be called before December 31, 1943.
Adjourned: Elwin Charles Richards, carpsnter (Director of National Service and Brown and Watson), to October 31, 1943. Reserved: Darrell Wilton Harris, farmer (Robert Harris).
