The Reichs Office of the Nazi Party has issued a circular prohibiting local organisations and individual members of the party from discussing problems concerned with the situation at the front, Supreme Command strategy, army morale, relations between S.S. troops and the army, and also problems involved in total mobilisation. The circular says that those who violate this instruction will be prosecuted.
