. LADIES’ ASSOCIATION. TRIAL GAMES ON SATURDAY. Provided transport can be arranged, Wairarapa senior A and B and junior teams will travel to Wellington on September 4 to meet the city representatives in the annual home-and-home games. Trial games will be played at Lansdowne next Saturday, in which the following players have been chosen -o take part: — SENIORS. The following players are to wear green jerseys, which will be provided: —Carterton B: P. Jensen, B. Parker. Carterton A: A. Scott, T. Compton. Greytown: C. Farrell, D. McCarty, B. Woodley, L. Sugrue. Excelsior: E., McKenzie, R. Harding, H. Harding, M. * Foster. Kia Ora: E. Pura, J. Rutherford. College: M. Shouler, M. Heath. To wear white blouses—Carterton B: D. George, Rilma Hopkins. Carterton A: V. Ward, F. Jensen. Greytown: M. McKenna, N. Lyster, Lin. Sugrue, M. Ward. Excelsior: D. Harding, L. Wilton, N. Page, J. Hartman. College: G. Morice, B. Napier (goal), R. Stevens, J. McDonald. JUNIOR. In connection with the junior trial game, one team will play in green jerseys, which will be supplied on the ground, and the other team in white blouses.
