GERMANS IN PERSIA
GOVERNMENT OFFERS REWARD FOR ARREST. ATTEMPTS TO STIR UP TRIBAL REVOLTS. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 1.2 p.m.) RUGBY, August 22. The Persian Government has offered a big reward for the arrest of any German found living in Persia without permission. Germans in Persia have been active among tribesmen and have stirred up at least one tribe to open revolt against the Government.
