TABLE TENNIS
A.T.C. BEAT McDUFFS. A most enjoyable time was spent in •tile A.T.C. Club rooms last night when members of the Air Training Corps defeated McDuffs Ltd. in both the singles and doubles competitions. The winner of the singles competition was W. Needham, and of the doubles B. Matthews and E. Hamill. The teams were, McDuffs Ltd.: Mesdames J. Cross, Bennington, P. Cooper, N. Doyle, N. McKelvy, U. Lochre, Messrs I. Lucas, N. McArley. D. Cross, T. Braggins, and Falkner. A.T.C.: Messrs Playsted, Williams, Kenny, V. Dilley, •E.Hamill. J. Thorn, Needham. C. R. Thorn, B. Matthews, C. E. Thorn and W. Patete. Another match will take place on August 31 at the dub rooms.
