REDUCTION OF WAR RISK RATES. MADE BY THE CANADIAN GOVERNMti\i. (By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright) (Received This Day. 11.3.0 a.m.) OTTAWA, August 16. Because the Allied war position is very much improved, the Finance Minister, Mr Ilsley, announced a reduction of 20 per cent on 'all war risk insurance policies. The reduction applies either to new or renewal policies, and is effective from tomorrow.
