APPEAL BOARD SITTING MASTERTON AND DISTRICT CASES. SINE DIE ADJOURNMENTS. The Wairarapa Armed Forces Appeal Board commenced a sitting in Masterton today. The chairman, Mr R. RBurridge, presided and there were also present: Messrs L. T. Daniell, F. Cole (members of the board), and G. F. Whitlock (secretary and Crown representative) .
Mr R. W. Kebbell appeared for the Wairarapa Primary Production Council.
In the following cases the name of the person, lodging the appeal is given in parentheses: — Adjourned sine die.’John George M. McMinn, motor mechanic (H. J. Jones and Co., Ltd.); Leslie Arthur James, manager (Wairarapa Concrete Ltd.); Clarence Edward Jackson, mechanic (R. H. Maxwell and the N.Z. Retail Motor Trade Association Inc.).
