HUNGARY WARNED
OF IMPENDING BOMBING.
EXISTENCE OF WAR FACTORIES DENIED. (By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright) LONDON, August 11. The 8.8. C. today broadcast a warning, described as “final” to Hungarian workers to keep away from factories making war goods for Germany. A previous warning to Rumanian ■workers was broadcast on Sunday, following the raid on Ploesti. The Press in Budapest has featured the warning, which the “Pester Lloyd’ says, is based on false information that Hungary is producing goods for Germany. “Hungary has no industrial centres.” the newspaper asserts, “so that bombing would be senseless.”
