(By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 11.45’a.m.) LONDON, August 10. “Tokio is fully prepared for the worst,” the Mayor of Greater Tokio told Foreign Press representatives. According to a German report from Tokio the Mayor added: "It is Japan's traditional attitude not to allow the enemy to trfcad on Japanese soil.”
